Reliance Broadband — phone disconnected despite all bills paid

I had installed one broadband connection of reliance communication about a year ago. Since the date of installation, every month I have been told prior to due date to deposit the amount and it is done accordingly by me.

For the last six month, the so-called Anil Ambani "LOYALS" are playing a dirty game and frequently disconnecting my phone on the charges of not paid the bills. On the other hand, in their mails, they are admitting all the bills are cleared.

Interestingly, my phone is lying dead for the last 20 days when no bill is pending against me except current one. I am not using broadband service since January 14 and phone is disconnected on Jan 18, still I received a bill of Rs 1069 for the month of January. When I contacted, some people from call centre informed the amount is charged for incoming calls as outgoing calls are disconnected.

BRAVO MR ANIL AMBANI, You are also first in the country for charging incoming calls. GO AHEAD.
