Reliance Broadband — Cheat!!!

Hi All,

I would like to inform you all that i took a brand new connection in the month of march, and they disconnected the connection after one week saying that i have a bill pending from months together... they say i have a pending bill of 5K and say its unbilled amount without any proofs and bills...
To my wonder the harassment has gone to sucha level that they are not ready to send any bill and not even ready to reconnect the connection, I[censored] call them they say u have an amount of %k to be paid and the services are suspended from our end.

Please help me with the same, i really am not able to understand how to come out of this trap, noone is ready to listen to me.

They sent a copy of the bill to me a few days ago that shows my usage is Rs.888, i just have that as a proof, if someone knows ny contact person to escalate this matter.. please let me know i need help!!!

Respected sir / Madam, This is M. Surya narayana murthy coustmoer account no. [protected]. We have paid the bill completely in all aspects but still we are getting calls from reliance company. We have closed the account by paying the bill of Rs. 776 on 3rd june 2009 at somajiguda office. We have visited your office near somajiguda twice to pay the bill and paid on 3rd june 2009 with receipt no. S[protected] and OTC code: 01006. Irrespective of all your mistakes we have paid it additionally. Before vacatin our house at KPHB where the connection was taken we asked your customer care executive to disconnect and collect the equipment but they have not turned up in correct time. Every time every month we got different calls from customer care centre with different rupees. I dont know that the hell you people are thinking. Today when i am watching movie i got a call from customer executive saying that i have to pay Rs. 1200 and odd. How many times should we have to pay. We are having all the bills with us. Please refer into case seriously and reply me. Look into this matter seriously and respond to it. We are not going to pay any more because already we have paid more than that what we should not. Remember this point sir / madam. I want explanation in detail why i am getting bills again and again. In case of any disputes both o[censored]s should approach court and settle the matter there. I want a reply mail from you.
