My Internet stopped working since 5th July 2008 . Till today, 1 August 2008, there has been no effort on the part of the company to restore my Internet Connection.
I have registered 4 complaints with the customer care department . Someone comes from some third party office, checks my connection, tells me that they will do something and goes away. Then they close the request from their end.
I have been billed for Internet Usage from 23 June 2008 to 23 July 2008, whereas the Internet is still not working since 5 July 2008.
When i raised a complaint for the bill, they closed the complaint saying that the issue was resolved within the SLA periods, whereas the fact is that my Internet is still not working. Was this information helpful? |
