[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Online Registration for payment
I have been continuously informing and mailing also to Relaince broadband that I am not able to register myself on line for making payment through your website rcom.co.in .
My connection is activated on 12Th Apr 08 since then I am trying to register on line. I had also logged a complaint so many times and mailed to Relaince broadband previously regarding the same.
But it seems that nobody is willing to listen the customers grievances.
Reliance is not interested in resolving the customers problem and they are interested only in collection and booking new orders.
This a very poor show from a Relaince and if my issue could not resolve hereafter then I am certainly going to complaint to TRAI regarding this. I have enough proof to explain this to TRAI.
