[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — claiming compensation for more than a month's broadband bill

Last year in July 2012, for more than 20 days, reliance broadband postpaid connection had been not working. i tried to register complaint and asked to look over the matter, but they kept saying that it was short termed, and my services would resume within 24 hours, After the 4th day of the problem, they register an official complaint, which got resolved after 18 more days. During all these 22+ days, i might have called them 150-200 times, but all i received was a lollipop for next 24 hours. Ultimately, they said, that for whatsoever period my internet broadband was not working, refund would be deducted from next bill payment. After that I paid 6 months advance payment to them TWICE, but i havent still receive any kind of refund. So now claim 1.5 - 2 months compensation from the shameless reliance broadband service provider, including all losses I incurred during those 22 days of NO-Internet.

Reliance Broadband — Claim for money back

Respect Sir,

My Self "Samir Chaudhury" had book Reliance Broadband on 25th November,2010 and i had given Rs520 to there Sales Exceutive but they tell me that in your there is not possible to give connection of internet inyour society , so i tell them please give my money back but they tell me that there sale Executive which taken money from me has leave the job and he did not able to register my connect due to above reason.i had contact to senior of that Sales executive Mr Kevel patel ([protected]) & Mr.Manoj ( [protected]).Relaince Broadband ,261, GIDC , makarpura Vadaodara.
according i had had payment recepit ( nos: [protected]) given my Sales Excuetive, so i want to claim my money back for Relaince Broadband ,261, GIDC , makarpura Vadaodara.
Please help me regrading this matter
