Reliance Broadband Communication — Wrong usage bills

This is Mrs. Deepti J Bhatt from Pune.

I had purchased a broadband connection from Pune reliance kothrud branch. the monthly rental was Rs.1250 for 10gb. my number for the same was : Reliance No. [protected].

Till The month of July my bills did not exceed the required amount. Suddenly in august it was Rs.4990. which i paid as i was ignorant of this scam.

This time i know this was a scam and gave a costumer complaint. but after my many repeated complaints it was all in vain as they said that i had used 22gb and compulsary i will have to pay the same

The same time i had told these people to cut my connection and did not further pay the bill as i knew i haven't used it at the extent of 22 gb.

these people are just fooling around and removing money from customers. Now after so many months they call me and tell to settle the thing out of court. still to be legal and good i told them that send me all the bill details in full as to how i have used my 22gb.. they just give me reminders and continuously are scaring me. but never send me the complete statement.

I very well know that i havent used 22 gb.

Secondly even after my reminders and telling them to cut the connection they haven't done it and still gave me bills of Rs. 837. Though i haven't used it at all.

I am filling a complaint against these people for the fraud done as well as their way to speak and frighten the customers.
