Reliance Broadband Connection — Already closed the connection but still receiving bills | |||
Hi, My name is Swapnil and currently working at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. 6 months ago I was living in Pune, Maharashtra where I brought reliance broadband wireless post paid connection. When I shifted to Hyderabad, I got new internet connection for free @ my residence due to which I closed the reliance broadband connection in the month of May and paid the due amount as well. In spite of this, I am still receiving monthly bills from reliance for this connection. I already called customer care for this issue couple of times and registered the complaint. Every time, the customer care used to tell me that they have logged a complaint and I shall receive a call in next 24 hours which did not happen anytime. At last, I dropped an email to the email id mentioned on the site of reliance broadband and written all the things in the email. For this also, I didnt receive any response from their side.
