[Resolved] Reliance Broadband Connection — regarding not refund the money | |
dear sir /mam I had applied for reliance broadband connection about two months ago, and pay rs500 for the same. Reliance Broadband Connection — Connection not installed, money taken
Respected Sir/Madam,This is to inform you that I've been cheated by Reliance Broadband services, Bangalore.
I applied for a broadband connection on[protected] by giving all the required documents, along with cheque of Rs.1049/- to a Reliance Sales person (named Manoj - [protected]), and was told by him that the connection will be installed to my premise with 48hours.
I got an order acceptance email from Reliance on[protected] with following details, and the cheque was encashed as well-

7. Services Opted :Landline and Broadband
8. Rate Plan: :WCCI549 and WCCI549
As I do understand that technically it takes a maximum of 7 days to install the connection, I waited for another 4-5days, and since then, I've been calling Customer Care for help, but no positive response. I'm being told everyday that someone from sales team will call me and get the connection installed, but till date, nobody has either called me, nor the connection is installed.
I took this connection because of my work emergency, but due to sheer ignorance of the vendor towards the customer, I had to bear heavy loss of time and money. I'm very very upset with this treatment from Reliance Broadband Services, and I'm writing this mail to you with my acute disappointment, and expect compensation for my loss from the vendor.
I'm feeling helpless now, need your urgent help on this matter.
