[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Connection — Refund of money

Address:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

On 30th Jan 2010 I applied a broad band connection form number [protected] on the name of Sudha Nigam and paid rupees 500 by cheque num245448 of SBI Dated 30th jan 2010 but this connection was not implemented because of the non phsybility of reliance broadband line over here.
But the amount deposited for this has not been refunded so far. Therefore you are requested to cancel the connection and send the refund.

Reliance Broadband Connection — refund of money

I had applied for reliance broadband on-15 december, with App.No.-[protected].but from there side some tech.issue than they had not activate my connection now i m using other connection, i had many time forword my req. in chandigarh reliance head office for refund my advance activation charges but till today thay r nt getting me proper response, i m waiting from last 3 weeks, pls refund my money...

There has been a pathetic response whenever I place a Complaint.There has always been a problem when I call up. Just to share whenever I call what exactly I have go through :

Firstly when you call it takes good about of time to get through and when I get through a pathetic scripted/monotonous response comes " How can I help you today ?" .. which deep within I know for sure you do not listen bcoz you just just hear me out.

Which is a disgrace to the first liner ...nevertheless when I called on 29th to report about my connection issue it was answered by agent Rikita Pampe for [ Broadband : Comp # :[protected]] & .Trhirish [Fixed Line : Comp # :[protected]]. guess what issue got resolved on 2nd July ...3days wasted.

Now that was not the end again on 6th july the same problem???? When called Customer service again for Broadband {Venal Patil who took GOOD 5 mins to understand that I wanted to know her TL's name...SHE WAS SO DAMN DUMB TL - Rajesh Gaekward... which I know for sure she understood when I asked her in the first instance] ... the reason i was so MAD by that time I felt I should no longer talk to her hence askedd for the next level of escalation ... spoke to Sanjeev Bhatt - ( TL-Sarika ) and explained everything thing ... he was professional and honestly I liked the way he dealt the call...Called Broadband : Comp # :[protected]. I repeatedly asked Sanjeev and requested him that to arrange a call around ( 12pm-2pm) ... this timeline has never been adhered to -- the tech as usual calld me after the timeline I gave. In the evening I came know that still my Broadband was still not working ... called on 7th July Valmika Ire(TL- Imran Syed) ... surprising the TLs ...DO NOT TAKE CALLS AS WHENEVER I CALLL NONE OF THEM ARE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE ESCALATION CALLS ...anyways I just wanted to speak to Sanjeev as he had promised to look into the case personally ... again the agent did not understand anything and got the call transferred to the Supervisor queue [ Transferred - Supervisor Swati Kabadi asked her if it would possible to speak to Sanjeev. Her response was point blank NOT POSSIBLE ... I felt SO BAD .. because Sanjeev was supposed to take ownership of my problem...OWNERSHIP MISSING TOTALLY ... most importantly WRONG COMMITMENT ... then I wished wanted to speak to her Manager... spoke to Smita Shetty(TL) ... explained the entire thing again .. I was at a point wherever I lost COMPLTE FAITH. I gave her my timelines( 12pm-2pm) again and repeated told her to adhere to it.

Interestring so far ... there is more to come... techies call me after the timeline. In the evening of 7th July'09. I was at work still I managed to answer the call and listen to them ...3 people calling for the same reason and none of them had any clue about the previous caller... INTERESTING...do they write notes on thea account .. I GUESS NOOOOT . the last conversation was when the put the tech on conference from kolkata Mr. Biswas ( who was extremely rude and had no ettiquettes) .. TOTALLY ILLERATE AND UNBEARABLE. This guy on conference talks to be with the agent on the other line, accusing me of not answering the calls which he had made ( out of the timeline which I had been repeated requesting) an then questions me how do I expect the isue to be resolved.. on Top of his voice. This time I was really ticked off, .. then I gave him the reason why i wanted the call to happen during the time line ... even I work in a call-center and I work for approx 12-13 hrs and that 2 hrs I lay my children to sleep and I take rest aswell ... and most importantly calling me out of the timeline given does not help...then again Mr. Illiterate Biswas started snapping back at me..and not allowing me to speak.I HAD TO HANG UP.

WOW...WHAT AN EXPERIENCE...

Relieance in case you read this : It is beacuse of my money that I pay you guys ..you get youy salary. I do not want compensation ...I JUST WANT GOOD SERVICE. Hope you guys learn the ways to treat a Customer...

Reliance Broadband Connection — Avoiding Complaints

I have complained about my Reliance phone being Dead several times but there is no response.It is not working from past 2 months.Whenever i complain,it says that your complain is already registered.I am enclosing some details of my phone within the file.My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
