[Resolved] Reliance Broadband Connection — Broadband connection | |||
I am Prasanth T R, from Delhi (Mayur Vihar Phase 3), working in a media company at a senior position. I have paid Registration charges on 16/07/2011 with Executive by name Prakash (MobileNo. [protected]) with an assurance of getting connection in max of 7days. I payed Rs.500 in cash, and he didn't give any receipts for that amount. But my friend paid the amount through cheque. Till now we have not got connection. And there is no response from the above person. I got fed up calling this person. Proper response is not there. When I call from the number which he did not know, then only he picking up the phone. And tells some reasons of the delay. And it's going to be three weeks happening this. I called many times from my mobile, but he didn't pick up the call. One day I called from one of my friend's mobile, he picked up the call. When I asked about the connection, he gave me a number of one guy who installs connection on the site. His name is Joginder (MobileNo. [protected]). When I called Joginder, He told me that he will come today morning and give the two connections. I took half day leave from the office and waited for him and he didn't come. That was disgusting, he wasted my valuable time. I got fed up with the service of Reliance before getting connection. And I hate this brand now. You people are thinking, you are doing some free favor to the customers. We not taking the connection for free.We are paying for the connection and bill. Now I don't want your connection any more, and also in future. And I gonna take services of another brand. You people are not thinking that, there are many competitors of Reliance, who can offer the same or better service. Its very bad on the part of Reliance as it failed to win the confidence of customer. My friend is also having the same bitter experience with this persons. We asked for 2 connections. There may be many persons who are suffering like this. I will advice my friends not to go for Reliance any time. Service is very bad & very disgusting. The personnel of your company don’t have the minimum courtesy of calling the customer back when they say to do. VERY BAD. As I don't trust your service, I am not expecting any solutions for this complaint.
