I am waiting for the connection from the last 3 months. I have given serval complains and even escalated to the nodal officer, however there is no resolution. The check I deposited while requesting the connection is already been debited, However there is no service. Here is what I wrote to the customer care 2 weeks back.
My name is Manoj and after following up with customer care and nodal officer, I finally decided to write this mail as my last option.
I have applied for the Reliance broadband cum land line combo option on 28th Dec 2010 with the promise that I will get the connection in a week time.. The address verification is done on time, however the connection is not given. I have given 6 complains and many follow ups with the executive, finally I got a mail on 14th Feb that my request has been accepted and I will be given the connection in next 7 days. Again no connection has been given. I again given 2 complains and talked to the nodal office and got promise that things will be sorted out soon. Now its more then 2 weeks to this mail and there is no communication from the reliance side. Last week I got my first bill mentioning that 500 Rs is been credited to my account.
The executive who came with the application has stopped picking up my phone while the customer service keep giving promises that the problem will be resolved in next 2 working days. Here are the details.

This mail is been followed up so many times but there was no resolution. Now 3 days back, I requested for refund the amount and they just stopped responding to the mail even.

Reliance Broadband — pending connection of landline
There has been negligence in this broadband service, I got my broadband line connected on 06/12/2009. As per this scheme land line connection is also included with free calls of Rs 75. Mr.Amar installed a old modem and promised to get changed shortly I agreed to it.When I asked him for land line he said that at currently phone is not available in company with in 2 or 3 days he assured me to get the land line connected.Till date it has been over 3 weeks I haven't got my land line connected.I have called him on his mobile personally several times every time he says that he is on the way to my house.I sent number of E - mails to Reliance broadband customer care til date no action is taken nor I got my phone.
