[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Ignored Service Termination Request

In May end or June start I submitted an application for the termination of services of my account number[protected], service request number[protected]. I was informed that the connection will be shut down soon after a confirmation call within 9 days. After a gap of 10 days I called up to refresh my application. On 27 June I called to again refresh my application as no actions were taken, I again submitted an application regarding the same, service request number[protected]. I was informed that my first request was closed on 14 June and also that my plan has been changed to some other plan, of which I did not have any information neither in email or by call.

Reliance Broadband — Sending bills after connection cut

Dear Sir,
I am not using reliance connection from august'08 onwards, I had talk to reliance CC executive to cut the connection in aug month he told me that connection has been cut, after that I have recieved aug month bill of 567 Rs. which I have paid on 25 sep I have a reciept of it. Mr. vishnu sharma (Reliance CC executive) who recieved bill of aug from my house assured us that our connection will cut after paying this bill but still bill are coming. now they are telling i have not given any request for termination therfore i have to pay the bill.
even now none of reliance CC executive is taking the request, i have called many times but they are not ready to take termination request, they force me to continue this connection otherwise they will send bills, i have send many e mails to
[protected]@relianceada.com but no reply from them.

Dont worry just shout on the head of reliance office manager, he'll agree.
And even if problem persists, just forget about the bill. ;)

Reliance Broadband — Termination of connection

I taken 300Kbps plan. It is very very slow. 227bytes downloading per second. I requested Reliance customer care termination on 22OCT10. For the past 15 days they are saying that under process. it will be terminated as soon as possible. But there is no use. I am paying for their incapability. I do not know when they will terminate my connection.

Reliance Broadband — Connection Termination

I've had a very bad experience with Reliance Broadband. I started the connection in Jan'10. In initial days it worked fine but after a month I started getting problems with network. The network used to stay down for as long as 10 days. I made several complaints and every time they took almost 10 days to get the connection working.

In the month of May '10 the connection stopped working again and as usual I called the customer service to lodge a complaint for the same. I was assured that the connection would be working in 24 to 48 hrs, but it never did. The connection didn't work for the entire month.

Finally when I got fed up with the service and connection, in the month of Jun '10 I called the customer service to terminate the connection. I was given the information that the connection has been terminated. At that time, I had overpaid my bill by Rs. 700/- I was also assured that the termination will be taken in the month of May '10 as the connection didn't work and I will be refunded Rs. 700/-

After having this discussion, I asked the customer service to collect the modem and the phone unit. No one ever came for that and I never got any further follow up calls for the same.

Now I am getting calls from Some Recovery Agency, which is asking me to pay the pending bill of Rs. 2000/- approx. I was also thretend that If I don't pay this amount, this matter will be taken to legal authorities.

I was informed by this Recovery Agency, that my connection was never terminated because I didn't write and email to connection termination department. I was never informed about this process by customer service.

Now this is just a harrasment that this comany is doing.

Please help me getting this resolved.

Reliance Broadband Services — termination of connection

I have requested to terminate my internet connection. My complaint No is[protected] Kindly discontinue my broad band internet connection at the earlist. Please co operate.

Subject: Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most
I am a subscriber of Reliance Broadband, for the broadband connection (Reliance Broadband Service User ID :[protected] from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I always love to use the reliance Broadband services as they are really excellent and cost effective but only that your good reputation is being spoiled by Technical Team of Reliance Broadband Coimbatore. I write this letter to get your attention regarding the bad service and false claims of the Technical Team of Coimbatore. Since July 18th 2012 my broadband connection is not working due to ADSL Problem, I immediately called the customer care and made a complaint regarding the issue (complaint no –[protected] with the customer care executive promising me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. With the expiration of more than 24 hours (36 hours to be exact), I found that my problem is not resolved while the worst part is not any of the executive of technical ever made contact with me regarding this. When I called again and asked the customer care executive regarding the status of my complaint, he replied me that the complaint has been resolved by the technical team “as they had came to my home and resolved in person which is never happened and of course, a blatant lie as well. I repeatedly making complaints in a daily fashion since July 18th ( complaint Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], as my problem is never resolved, moreover the worst part is that the Technical Team of Coimbatore is repeatedly closing the complaints claiming that they had resolved the issue in person (Even they never called me). So since July 18th to today, I am not using the internet service but instead even I cannot book for a Bill Wavier as they claim all the issues are solved within the time frame, only the issues which are not resolved within 3 working days are eligible for Bill Wavier. How sickening, because of the false claims of the Technical team of Coimbatore, I am frustrated and made a termination request on today ( Termination Request No –[protected] with the worst part the termination process would take at least 15 days which makes me to pay the bill for already not working internet of 7 days + 15 days amount. I am very sad. Technical Team of Coimbatore is responsible for my termination of Reliance Broadband although I like Reliance broadband the most.
Please take action against technical team of Coimbatore over false claims, and also help me get Bill Wavier since July 18th to the date of connection termination.
