Reliance Broadband Internet Communication — Problem faced by inconvenience due to faulty system

This note is to make you aware of the problem I am facing from last one year due to faulty Reliance Broadband Internet Service providing system.
My self Manish .S. Mondkar, I got a reliance internet connection combo service(internet connection and Fixed land-line Phone) which was on name of my father Satish Mondkar.

I was facing problem with reliance internet connection because in the month of march 2011 because of some technical reason reliance internet was not working and that was for almost 20 days. I contact to reliance CC so they inform me that their is some technical failure and my connection will start within 24hrs. After this i was not satisfied with the service of reliance.So finally
I applied for the cancellation of the internet connection on April 2011 but instead of cancellation the connection it was kept on hold and i never wanted to keep reliance internet line on hold, as i was already using internet from another ISP.
And in the month of October 2011 two person from reliance department came to me and took away the modem and fixed land-line phone.They also uninstall the entire wire connection.Then too i was receiving bill.So i contact Reliance Customer-Care for this problem for which they told me that i have charge Rs 100 per month to keep my internet line on hold. I refuse him to pay the balance amount as i was'nt using its internet connection nor its land-line phone.As i mention before the connection was totally disconnected.
After almost one year, on June 12,2012 i received a call from advocate to make immediate payment of 2,782 Rupees which is the total charge to keep line on hold from April 2011 to May 2012, and he told me that if i fail to pay Rs 2,782 a case will charge against me for which i have to go to Delhi. so I paid the mentioned amount on the same day i:e; on 12 June 2012.
After paying this amount on 12 June 2012 I again launched a request to terminate the combo service(internet connection and Fixed land line Phone) after which it was under process to terminate.I called to reliance Customer to check the status of my request so i came to know that my services has been successfully terminated on 25 of June 2012 and also I was assured that there is no further amount to be pay and no further dues. They told me that I won't be facing any problem in near future.
But still I got a bill to make payment of rupees 310 in the month of July 2012.
I asked the reason to pay this amount for which they told that I have charged fine for late payment and also for my active connection form date 12 July 2012 to 25 July 2012(as request was under process during this period). So i made a payment of rupees 310 on 30 July 2012(before due date i;e; 1 August 2012). Now finally I cleared all payments , in spite of the this again i got call on 8 August 2012 and told me that i have not made payment of Rupees 310 of last bill of July month. I have receipts of payments. They still harass me.

Now the question is when i asked them to disconnect the connection on first time why do they put it on hold?

Is there any co-ordination between the executives because one executive inform me that there are no dues while other make call to me to inform that some dues are remaining in spite of clearing all dues?

how long this problem i has to face for no reason.?
I want my Rs2,782 back because reliance has done fraud to me..

Its my kind request to you to take a look on my problem properly and try to solve it as urgently as possible.If you want any more information then i will provide it.
