We have been using Reliance broadband internet for many years now. But for 8 months, the speed of the internet is not as per the plan, we have made lot of complaints, giving the proofs of screen shots. But still there is no improvement on this. Every time they are going on postponing the date for rectification, making many users like a big FOOL. We are receiving 200 to 300 kbps speed, where as we must receive 2000 kbps.
One more complaint is packet loss of 50% from Reliance, where as it should be 0%. Here also no improvement.
Reliance is passing on bucks on TRAI, mentioning to us that only 10% speed is allowed. We requested the notification of TRAI from Reliance, still they have not sending the notification of TRAI.
We have also requested to reduce the bill amount as we are not receiving the speed as per the plan, but no one is paying attention on this matter. Was this information helpful? |
