Reliance Broadband Internet — Very poor service

I am a Reliance Broadband Internet customer, I had been using this service for the past 3 years, and the service in the past one year has been very worse. I had placed a complaint that my phone line is not working and it is dead and the internet service is also getting interrupted very often, the reply I got from them is that "they don't have a new telephone instrument to replace the old one." I have already placed the same complaint more than 6 times in the last one year and I am getting the same reply till date and they close my complaint every time without resolving.
