Reliance Broadband — refund of paid amount | |||
my account no.[protected] i have terminated my connection due to bad reliance service my connection was made on 30 may 2011 , for 2 to 3 days i was having very slow net speed. i asked to engineer he said it will take some time to become stable. so i remain quit. after 4th day their was no connectivity . so on 6th june i register a compliant to call center regarding the issue. engineer came he said wi-max anteena is faulty it had to be replaced. i compliant again & again to call center but my broadband problem was not solved. regarding this i many times given compliant to nodal office also. then also no engineer came to solved problem. so due to bad reliance service and harassment service i have taken decision to terminate connection. so i gave request to call center on 14th for termination. after 2 days their was call from reliance to continue or not. after waiting for 10 days for my connection to start properly reliance asked me they will start connection within 2 days. is this a joke reliance is doing to customer when he is taking decision to terminate. i have given final decision to terminate as soon as possible. so now reliance billing department is telling me i will be charged for till the date of termination. how can this be if i have taken decision to termination because connection problem was not solved within the given time ( almost 10 days- not enough for reliance big company). connection didn't worked for 4 days also. and reliance is chargeing me till the date of termination. reliance top official should think that what type of service we are giving to customer. because of bad service customer are getting harassment. i have wasted almost 1000 rs. calling from my mobile to customer care and nodal office and reliance sales executive . i who will pay for it. i have paid a sum of Rs. 8592 which include installation charges 500 rs. for 3 months qtrly plan. my connection didn't worked for 4 days also properly due to faulty anteena . which was not changed to start my connection. you can also checked how much data i must have download . so i request reliance to refund my amount of rs. 8592 without any wayoff. sir, it was reliance mistake and i am suffering for it. give better service to customer customer will automatically come to you. don't harrse customer Was this information helpful? | |||
