[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Extremely Poor Service. | |||
Hi, I had taken a Reliance Broadband connection (Consumer #[protected] nearly a year back. Just a few months after having taking the connection, I started having problems. The connection is extremely poor. It disconnects every now and then. There is no point in calling their customer case service, as, at the time I make the call, the net would be working, and then some time later it again disconnects. The Broadband comes with a phone line which is also extremely poor in service. There is huge amount of disturbance, and the speaker at the other end is hardly audible. Despite having filed numerous complaints through their customer care service, the problem still remains unresolved. It has taken me more than 15 mins just to fill this simple form, because by the time I hit "submit" the net would have disconnected again, and I would have to repeat the process all over again.
