This is Praveen here. With lot of hatredness and remorse i am writing my complaint against Reliance Broadband here. Its been 2 weeks since a reliance representative named Sunil kumar ([protected]) took Rs.1299 for the plan choose + 550 rupees for installation from me. My application number is [protected]. I was assured connection in three days but its been 2 weeks and i haven't got any response from them so far. Every time i call them they have a same reply its under process. Upon persistent inquiry they insist me to talk to their reporting manager Mahesh ([protected]). This person doesn't even have minimum manners of speaking. He speaks so rudely as if i myself owe him the money and keeps postponing the dates. Now they have stopped receiving the calls also. I really feel if the Reliance broadband is a big fraud. I request the concerned persons to take the stringent action address my grievance at the earliest. I have already read similar complaint against the persons in this forum. So i request you to take proper action against the concerned people. Please try to value the customer's hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
