[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Unnecessary Bills | |||
Respected Sir, Its my uncle who has used the Reliance Data Card No. [protected] just for 15-20 days in navsari. Paid the full amount what so ever for the data card.. After that the person who provided the data card came asked for the bill, as that also was paid by my uncle, and then my uncle requested for the termination of the account, but till today we are getting the bill, recently i got the bill of outstanding amount 2289.00 Recently inquiring about the data card we came to know that after paying the data cards amount we get 1 month free surfing and then we have to choose a plan then how come the person charged the bill ???? and also he had taken the data card with him too.. At the first for the connection we inquired Mr. Kamlesh Vaidhya ([protected]) who is incharge in Reliance Broadband outlet at Surat, Adajan. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||

these people only live for money, every agents will misguide customers. i[censored] raise a request for disconnect they will take a month to process and they will send the bill for that month, i[censored] ask any customer care employee they give answers. The signal will keep on fluctuating, service is bad, only while getting connection its good!!!
