[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Netconnect — INFLATION , OVERCHARGING , NO PROPER RESPONSE , NEGLIGENCE

Respected sir/ Madam,
With due respect i would like to inform you that i Dr. Vaibhav Chachra had taken Reliance broadband netconnect on 8th of may, No.[protected] by the name of my grand mother ( Mrs. Harnam Kaur Dhingra,
I would like to bring to your due notice that there HAS BEEN A SERIOUS DISCREPANCE IN THE FIRST BILLING ISSUE AND NOW THE SECOND BILLING..!, i haD recieved a bill of 773.59 my grieviances towards your company are as follows:
1) I recieved an email from your customer care on May the 24th stating " Dear Customer,
With reference to your Reliance Mobile number [protected] for Account No [protected], we have observed that your account usage this month is high.
We would like to bring to your notice that if your usage exceeds your credit limit, your service will be temporarily discontinued " wheras the bill was only of 773.59 at "that time and it was emailed to me around 1100.
2) After recieving the full paper bill details i find a daytime usage of 15:52 (hh:mm) for which i was charged 476.00 rupees.The total billing amount changes to 773.59..! After complaining the same complaint nos.[protected]improper billing) and[protected]unable to access to reset pasword) i recieved a reply email only for complaint no.[protected]unable to access to reset pasword) alongside recieved my billing details as well i.e. downloaded data and afternoon usage (copy attached) my doubts:
a) Kindly have a look at the copy of my afternoon usage which shows the data card has been used in the month of april when it was not even purchased by me. The huge usage of roughly 16 hours in afternoon for which an additional bill of 476 rupees. regarding the same you are asking me TO PAY FOR IT..!
b) On calling the reliance toll free customer care department 10:35 pm they state "Kindly call tommorow as the computer or some network problem is there.
3) There was THIRD DISCREPANCY on the FIRST BILL, finally got rectified after me visiting the Reliance Barakhamba office.
5)The time and the resorces wasted by me for such a petty issue, the mental stress caused how can you bring it back..? and again me calling you back tommorow afternoon.
6) Now another similar episodes / complaints / issues like this near future...!!
7) i recieve this month's bill of 766 rupees where the afternoon usage as suggested by them is is 6 hr 33 min... wheras after calculating the minor details which is accesible online and from a request sent to the customer care i calculate the usage to br 33min 41seconds...
8)So again a new discrepancy, informed Service Request ID[protected], emailed there still has not been a response from the customer care or email sent to me.
9)On calling the customer care today i find the MATTER HAD ALREADY BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION.!
i THINK IT IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL, UNMANNERLY, NEGLIGENCE AND THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED SEVERLY.

Reliance Data Card — Overcharging of Bill

This is Sancharan Roy having Reliance Data card No[protected]. Till now I didnot receive my bill. Yesterday I got a call from one of their executive that my Tariff plan is Rs 650 but I have opted for Rs 300 tariff plan on 29th may. Surprisingly customer care executive told that they revised my plan on 11 th june without informing me. Till now I did not receive the bill and it is impossible to make the without the bill.

I am having reliance data card with prepaid no: [protected] which complete validity period on 28.11.2008. For recharge purpose I contact your customer care on various occasion and the told me various statement regarding tariff for life time validity of my above no. please kindly inform me for the life time validity for the above data card no to my email address. If any conditions apply please also inform.

Reliance / Data Card — Overcharged

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Sandeep Kumar from Delhi, Buy a Reliance Data Card No. [protected] for Internet as on 21/01/2010 to use for Internet at home. As per company representative first two months was free then I had to choose any plan for internet I liked one out of all that was 400 INR per month in which I suppose to get 80 HRS in one month first two months it was ok but then I got a bill for 416.3 in April 2010 which I paid then approx after one week a got a SMS that my usage is getting higher then limits which was 1400+ then 1600+ next was 2000 approx and company block my services then and there only.
when I complain in reliance toll free no. as on 11/05/2010 about it & ask how come my bill is this much they said you plan is for 650 INR by default + usage charges extra but they didn't inform me about it not even ask me before make it my plan 650 INR per month but they provide me a complaint no. which is not any more in their records, Well now point is this that I got a new bill at home for 3210 INR when my service was already block with approx with 2000+ INR bill then how come it’s become 3210 INR without using any service and now they are saying I have to pay this amount otherwise company will terminate my connection even there is no prior notice for it. Please do needful as they didn't short out my complains earlier made by me but they are just increase the bill amount day by day.
For this where should I complain so I can get any result for it and can be satisfied with that last decision.
