Reliance Broadband Netconnect — Wrong Plan Activation | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I had purchased the Reliance Broadband Netconnect from the Reliance Web World in Dombivli in Feb 2011. I had clearly signed (on the form) and activated a plan for 5GB unlimited usage. They activated a plan for 2 GB (which is of the same value). Now since the plan activated was for less usage, my usage obviously exceeded the credit limit. Since 1st week of March'11, I have been complaining about this for which they changed the plan with effect from April'11. But for the waiver of the wrongly charged money in the bill I am still waiting for them to take some action. Since last 20 days my modem has been deactivated and for which they shall charge me at the end of the billing cycle since the charges are fixed. Was this information helpful? | |||

Have been victim of this. You need to follow up with your store where you purchased the connection and make them redo the damage. Mine took a month of followup and atleast 6-7 visits to store.
