I have purchased Relaince Braodband Net connect+ for Rs 3000 from the agent Best Solutions, 1/1, Bharathi Nagar, Ayanavaram, Chennai - 23.

The plan he activated is worth Rs 1800 rs, so he made a fraud of Rs 1200. Many people have reported the same in our organization.

I called customer care, they also involved in the Fraud, that is they also got money from them.

Name Boopathi: [protected] is a CSM in reliance also involved in the fraud.
Please let me knoe how to resolve this problem?
