I HAD TELEPHONIC TALK WITH CALL CENTRE ON 9TH MAY 2013 REGARDING CANCELLATION OF CONNECTION.THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST AND GIVEN ME TERMINATION REQUEST ID NO[protected] AND AGREE TO TERMINATE WITHIN 7 DAY WITH PHONE CALL BUT THEY NEVERED CALLED ME NOR THEY CANCELLED MY CONNECTION.TODAY AGAIN I CONTACTED TO CALL CENTRE , THEY ADVICE ME TO GO AT THANE OR MULUND RELIANCE WEB WORLD TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.TODAY I PAID LATEST BILL AMOUNT FOR NOT USING NET.SIR PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE ISSUE Was this information helpful? | |||
