Reliance Broadband — Pathetic Service and Customer Support | |||
I have been a loyal broadband customer using Reliance for more than 3 years now. My internet connection and land-line stopped working two weeks back and i have been calling their customer support for numerous times. The only answer i got from them was that it will be fixed in 24 hrs. But i dont how many 24 hrs make them a 24 hr. The worst part is that my complaint status has been marked as solved even before the complaint is being attended. I have given my 4th complaint for the same problem and there seems to be no urge from their support team to solve my issue. I have to call the head office of Reliance, which is almost like the customer care service center comes up with the quote that your problem will be rectified by EOD (End Of Day) and asks me what other problems you have. They really have no idea how a customer is suffering and two weeks is not at all a big time for them. Just a pathetic Service/Customer Support. I got a call from Reliance Social Media through a person named Hasan on 12 Nov 2012, and he assured that my complaint will be fixed on or before 16 Nov 2012.
I was waiting and when want to know the status I called the Reliance Head Office and I have been told there that the servers in my area has been took back by reliance and all my area would no more have Reliance Broadband Service and it may take a month for them to resume the service.
I was literally asked to move from Reliance to some other broadband service. Is this you call concern has been addressed????
Thanks atleast now for letting me know that u took the servers back in my area and leave me with no option but to change the service provider.
Just a irresponsible service for the name sake.
People just forget this reliance broadband service, especially in Chennai.
