[Resolved] Reliance Broadband Plan 649 — Non-refund of the security deposit | |
I had applied for Reliance broadband service on May 9, 2009. After that it took more than a month to come the technical person to install the service at my place and i refused to take the connection. During that time i had lodged many complains at the Reliance customer care service, which is the worst service that they are offering for the customers. After repeated indulgence from the executive who had come to take the security deposit (500.00) and fulfill the formalities, i opted for a different connection from a different service provider. As the Reliance broadband had not been installed, i should get the security deposit back as per the law. I had made several complaints at their customer service department, but as of now, nothing has been done. This is an example of negligence and irresponsible behavior from the executives of a reputed company. I am giving below all the details regarding this complain.
