After two months, newly purchased white data card damaged and given to service centre vizag on[protected]
Replaced after one month on[protected], The replaced data card is without packing, not new, and black colour-informed to customare care by phone also by mail but they are registering complaint no result.
For activating srvice in replaced datacard reliance has to update RSN, i submitted new id proof and new RSN number at reliance web world, vizag number but they want payment for remaining period.
service centre is not doing,reliance web world is not doing.
I paid upto[protected] bill amount , now they are required remaining period bill amoun without servicet.
from june no service but cash is required.
Not activating service in replaced datacard.
