Reliance Broadband — poor service and complaint management

Hi my name is Vikas Sharma. I am a customer of reliance broadband having cust id as[protected].
My Reliance Broadband is not working for past 15 days,in against of this I already lodged a complaint and my complaint no is UCS20109949. After giving more than 10 reminders for the same complaint, it still in the same condition and not working.
I never saw such a pathetic service in my life yet.Now they wont even pick the call and even if they do so they dont have any solution.
In agreement the Reliance mentioned 24 hrs support to customer. Kindly provide some solution.
