My name is vivek tyagi. I am using reliance broadband from last 4 month. I am stock broker. I have a reliance broadband connection and my use id is[protected] . last two months I am facing so many problem with the services. My office timing is 9 to 6. Daily 3-5 hour in a day the broadband does not work .I have complaint it more than 100 times. But no one is ready to give me proper answer. Even some time they don’t registered my complaint. I just want to make me clear that why they are charging full bill amount if they can not provide the full services. I want the proper solution of my compliant or tell me that reliance is unable to provide me the services so I can switch to another service provider.
Such a big company and having 0 service and client satisfaction.
