sir i have booked my ticket on 28 june.but now i have cancelled my ticket on 18 july.bt i have not recieved my refund back .my pnr no is[protected],[protected],[protected]
Refund of money
i had a connection from Reliance Broadband by giving advance for 3 months for the Customer A/c Number :[protected]. For the first 10 days it was ok but after that it created lots of problems. My internet was not working. It was almost next to impossible to talk with online customer care.Then after some days an executive visited home and said modem is not properly working but nobody changed that. Then somehow that started to work and finally on 28.08.2010, my internet was not working and Reliance people took 25 days to start it. I didn't work on it after that. Finally i request on 28.10.2010 to discontinue it and claimed for refund. But these people even after taking back modem and phone set still calling me for the bills and generating bill for every month. A sheer description of poor Services by Reliance Broadband Services
