[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband Service Provider — too much over charging bill

Hallo sir/ Madam,

I was a user of Reliance broad band connection since 11/01/2012 to 11/02/2012,

My costumer user id :[protected],

My plan is Rs. 99/- because I have very less use at my premises.

Mr. Chetan Takkar (Sales associates, Broadband Dept.) has given me this connection..

His Mobile no: [protected].



As per this plan and Mr Chetan has been explained me:



1) I don’t have to pay any installation charges only you have to pay Rs. 200/- only

(He also didn’t explain me about Recurring cuarge which is Rs. 150/- comes in the
final bill which i didnt received back.)

2) The anti virus will come free for your one computer.

3) 1-mbps seed you will get.

4) 200MB free.

5) Extra usage will charge -50 paisa per MB.



As per company cycle company generate bill on 27th of every month, and Same way company submitted me a bill to my email address ([protected]@yahoo.co.in). That bill (Bill No. :[protected] is Rs. 1322.17/-. That is not acceptable, even I have used internet for 4-5times only for doing only emails (between 11 Jan to 27 Jan 2012).

And download the anti virus which is free of cost with these services.

Accordingly I have informed Mr Chetan Takkar for four to Five times, but till the date I didn’t received the fact in detail. now he is not answering my call also.

In between I have called to reliance company helpline no: my complain No. is
(complain ID[protected] and Mr Rahul from Mumbai has been attended my call

on 2/2/12 , 8:30pm, next day I received the company call. According to that call the usage was there,
But there is some problem in their system. I didn’t use these much usage, which was shown in my bill. So as per my termination request company disconnect my connection and also received their electronic devices from my premises,

above information we already submitted in the company.
we checked in the company, where is the fault?
but company dont want to take any further steps towards investigation.

they are only doing unwanted calls from delhi, (like they case on me in delhi court. some advocate is calling me on behalf of reliance company, they claimed Rs. 42000/- to me for the same case.)

we also submitted the modem/devices also. against the submission of devices, company didnt give us any receipt document. only give us a discontinuing service letter.

even when i personally
went to their zonal office (anand nagar) nobody want to attend us and answer us, so i written the application same way and try to submite that application,

but there is no person to collect that application and signed to my copy of application.now every 15-20 days there is unwanted calls from Delhi,

so now we are suffering & disturbing a lot, so please consider my case, try to investigate the case properly.

as per my investigation we call to the Mumbai helpline, the person who has given me the information that, the usage of 2000mb was there, on same day (11th Jan 2012, when it was activated) around 7pm to next day morning 11am. my office was closed (because of closing hours) after their installation and activation,

that means the person who has installed the software, he is the only guy who know the password and username, so he has misused my connection only,

Company has to check who was that person and stop to call me.
but they are only interested in calling me instead of to investigate their system,
