[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — connection shifting | |||
complaint No.[protected] I was requested to rel. customer care for my connection shift to my new address on 31st march,2011.In between 31st march – 11th apr.2011,i had called many time with super-wiser of rel.broadband,each time R-Care said that they are forwarding my complaint to higher priority to their technical group.Till now I didn’t got any response from Surat rel.care. I was not want to join others,but when i got not any response in about 25th days from rel.at last i want to discontinue with reliance broadband. And I also request to customer care of rel.that next time pls u dont Foolish and irresponsible behavior with other customers. And i will show all public about it. I was talk with the following persons:- Lidiya ji Durgesh ji Sheetal ji Madhvi ji Sumanjay ji Govind ji Lalita ji.
