Hi,
The termination for reliance broad band was requested on 9th dec11, still i am harassed with bills & reminder mails to pay the bille.
Please refer below communication:
Hi,
I don’t know how many times I will have to raise that I have already requested for cancellation of broadband service long back.(9th Dec11)
Still I am receiving reminder to pay the bill for January.
I am surprised to see how bad reliance as a company is working.
I am not going to pay any bill as I have cleared all my dues.
This is my final mail to your company to stop sending me bills & reminder mail.
Now I will take legal actions against Reliance broadband.
Regards,
Kunjal

Is there any proper person in Reliance customer who can reply to my emails?
I am fed up of listening same story
Mr Alok singh you have repeated the same thing which Sabi had writtne to me
Even after your this email till now there is no action from your side
How many times you will take the matter with concern department and what is your concern department doing from last one month????????
Also regarding bill again and again i m been told to revert after the service gets cancelled....if you dont cancel the service for life time DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY BILLS FOR LIFE TIME WITHOUT USING THE SERVICES AND WITHOUT MY REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICE?????????????
I had asked give me the date and time when the person will come and collect the instrument??????? when do i expect to get answer for the question?????
Also I need clear ANSWER for my bill..........I am sure i m not going to pay the bill what so ever happens
Even I am tired of receiving daily email from your termination department and date to stop the rental changes daily?
If I am not getting proper reply now I would be forced to go consumer court and would spend money for Legal expense rather than having this mental harrasment.
Its really shame on you all for not giving services to your customer who utilised your services for more than 5 years and has not defaulted the bill payment even once
Regards
CA Nehal

What am i going to do with your regret as the inconvenience is already caused and it will be causing till you close the matter from ur side
I want to know the exact date when the instrument will be collected from my residence
Also waive off the bill as the request for the cancellation of service was given long back. there is no usage and I wont be paying a single penny from my pocket for delay from your side and careless services from your department
I had used broadband services for more than 5 years and not even one time i had defaulted my bill payments and this is the service you are providing to your customers?
Heavily disappointed from Reliance (the brandname which carries so much of Market value ) with it
Revert at earliest
CA Nehal

Dear Vikramsingh
Its about a month since i received this email confirming that my request is processed for Termination of SErvices
After that daily i get one email from your Termination team that they will come to collect the instrument back..daily the date in email changes but so far no one has come
Moreover now I am getting bill of Rs 441.2 for this period
If you are not prompt in your services what is that to do with me. I have clearly asked to get the services terminated and if it is taking more than a month from your end to stop the services than why should i pay the bills without using the services
Please note that I am not going to pay this last bill and kindly take the matter seriously
If I dont get proper response from your side at earliest than i would be forced to take the matter to consumer court as I had enough of patience now
Regards
CA Nehal
