[protected] Called for enquiring about the complaint and said it as closed and requested to re-register complaint but the responder said as there is system network error said to call after
some time and register the complaint.

The technicians were closing the complaints without resolving the issue and even didnt call me before closing it to confirm. I was everyday made to register a new complaint. I finally got connection on[protected]. I requested waiver for above mentioned periods but got waiver for only 19-03 to 27-03 as the complaint was resolved more than 3 days. Rest of the days when i called and enquired they said its not more than 3 days a complaint has been resolved so no waiver. This is and unfair billing policies. I was made to pay for rest 5 days from my pocket (23-03 to 28-03). Is this fair?

Reliance Broadband — UNFAIR BILLING
HIThis is regarding the Reliance Broadband Connection which I took on 11th AUG 2009 for myself In Mumbai and I was not enjoying any service because of the Faulty Modem installed by the Service people. Only after continuous complaints lodged with the Customer Service, One Mr. Chandrakanth and replaced the MOdem on 23.08.2009. Now Reliance communications expects me to clear the final, which I refuse to do so as they charged me entire amount for the said period, which I think is very Unfair. Kindly resolve the issue and I am ready to pay the final bill excluding charges for the said period and also any late payment charges
