Reliance CDMA — After closing the connections they Calling for payments | |||
Dear Sir I am Ashokkumar from Bangalore, 2 year back I used reliance CUG (+91 [protected]) connection for 3 mobile numbers till 1 years after that once day I check the bill they charged my CUG also billed I call customer care for wrong billing the told the amount credited on your next billing, but the only Rs. 250.00 one month credited, so the same month I pay 2500.00 bill amount I inform to the customer care to close the number or transfore to prepaid but they not done any think they making the every monthly billing. My mother's reliance CDM Mob. No. is [protected]. i want to bring to your notice about the malpractices adopted by the reliance cdm every time whenever Mobile is recharged, they will activate a service and deducted Rs. 30 which she has not even subscribed for. This is going for past few months. Even I talk to customer care 3 months before when i went home, amt was refunded and said that this was deducted by mistake. But after that this practice of deducting money is continues. What is this? Now yesterday on 22nd December 2012 recharged mobile and today again deducted Rs. 30. So, I want to submit complaint against this & request you to return the deducting amount and to take appropriate action so that dont activate any services without permission only to give mental harassment to senior citizen.
