IN THIS MONTH OF OCTOBER 2011 RIL CDMA CO. ACTIVATED CALLER TUNE THREE TIMES WITHOUT ANY MY PERMISSION. THEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEY DEACTIVATED THE CALLERTUNE SERVICE ALL THE THREE TIMES AND THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS DEDUCTED HAD BEEN REFUNDED IN MY ACCOUNT.ON 23/10/2011 I TALKED TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NAMED SUJAN FOUZDAR & LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST COMPANY AND THE COMPALIN NO. GIVEN TO ME IS[protected].HE ALSO ASSURED ME THAT SUCH SERVICES WOULD NOT BE ACTIVATED AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
BUT TODAY ON 26/10/2011 AGAIN CALLER TUNE SERVICE ACTIVATED BY COMPANY WITHOUT ANY MY PERMISSION AND WHEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXE. MR. PRADIP MITRA & THEIR SUPERVISOR MISS/MRS SAMPA CHOUDHURY, THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE WOULD BE DEACTIVATED BUT THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT .WHEN I WANTED TO LODGE ANOTHER COMPLAIN AGAINST MY PREVIOUS COMPLAIN, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT LODGE ANY COMPLAIN AND ALSO SAID "AAPKO JO V KARNA HAI KAR LIGIYE PAISA RETURN NAHI HOGA". FURTHER, THEY KEPT ME ON LINE FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR WHEN I ASKED CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR TO LET ME TALK TO HER SENIOR AND FINALLY DISCONNECTED THE LINE WITHOUT GIVING LINE TO HER SUPERIOR. I AM FEELING ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS.
SO PLZ TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
