[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — Unable to use Properly Reliance CDMA in our Locality | |||
Sir, We are unable to make calls and receive calls properly on our Reliance CDMA mobile in our locality. Tower functions is not working properly, Several times in a minute i can not see and tower symbol in my mobile phones. Not only me In our Locality (Bongaon-03215) Every Reliance CDMA Subscriber is suffering same problem. Whenever we are going to make calls it cuts automatically and notice came on Mobile phones "We are unable to connect, Please try again later". A call will take to connect over a minute and after connect it cuts automatically and Server says "The number you have called is not reachable" sometimes it sounds like Long Beep (Busy tone). after connecting to the other cell phone the call cuts automatically after 10 - 15 sec otherwise i can not hear from other side or Voice cuts several times.. I have tried to complain through customer care. They took many complains but nothing happened after that.
