From Last Few month i am seeing that Reliance is debiting my mobile balance without making any calls, they are setting the caller tunes without client request, when complaning at customer care they are not accepting the complain, and if accepting then giving fake complain nos. i have given several complains and emails also but i found that this is thier pattern of business or company has found new way to come out of Recession. I also like to give a suggestion that company should shut down thier customer care because they customer care is originally Company care.
