respected sir i am reliance customer my no is[protected] on 14sep in night about my 30 rupee ded from my balance with out reason when i call they tell me to call after 4 hours and on 15sep morning i call they say that yours complaint regestered and complaint no through sms came to you but complaint no not come so on15 th sep near about 6pm evening i make call to customer care *333 then the csa said tome in rough way" balance dekha hai kyon dekhega than after he abuse me of mother and give me challange that he would stop my no and on 16sep he do so. now form three days i registered many complaints through nodal officer also his no is[protected] by my tata no[protected] you can check that sir how many calls i made ti this no andwhen i visit web world they give me in written that we cant do any thing on this you registered handset lost complaint and than yours no out going was stoped .sir tell me that how can iregistered handset lost complaint from the same no. when you hear the recording of 15sep evening about6pm all matter come in front of you .sir they also do this with my brothers no also the no is [protected] they cut automatic balance and the sim was not in use when we switch on mobile than the balance in negative when call to customer care they said that youcall after 10 days and yours balance will not given to you thats not fair sir we are average customers please help me take suitable action against csa i was so harrash by him start my out going facility thankyou Was this information helpful? | |

i am priya actually i ve a problm regarding to net broadband, i am staying in tirupati for my pg studies and i take a connection in the name of my uncles for local address, actually when i am taking this connection they didnt ask me my uncles previous connection ie reliance post paid they didnt pay the bill .and now they barred my connection and now they told to pay the perivious bill . and ragarding to this i dont ve any issues .so pls can u do favour to me my net number is [protected] sir pls do this as possible as you can i need net for my studies pls sir
