Reliance CDMA — Charges apply when i am in sms plan

Dear Sir, I am Adnan Imran a 3 years old custumer of reliance CDMA and i am in sms plan with 11 rs. where every sms charges rs. 0.01 for local And std.and it renewal automatic every month. but when i sms @ Morning it apply charges @ 0.50 Rs. then i call custumer care they said you are not in sms plan.so , it apply charges. but i send 87 sms and charges apply for 32 or 33 sms. early i sms but it was as sms plan. so, i want to know why its happen. I've also faced the same kind of problem with RIM CDMA service. It was told to me that the 11 Rs. SMS scheme will be auto renewed every month. However it wasn't renewed and my 30 Rs. balance was cut in SMS. When I called to customer care to lodge a complaint, the answered weirdly that we can not pay your balance back, as it is a technical problem...!!!

Now can anybody tell me that the technical problem is from my side or their?????
I have faced this kind o[censored]nnecessory deduction of balance many times. there should be a perticular place where we can complaint about all this unethical deductions. We should unite against this kind of problems, so that this kind of companies can understand that the customer are the final authorities.

Hi i m akshay kumar keshri...my no. is [protected]...conection name-shidharth kumar c/o rajesh kumar keshri..baker ganj bajaja..patna-4...my problem is i recharesed with 11RS. sms plan on decemeber...this sms pack is renwel every 30 day's..but my no. does not renewed a januar first week...i know that a sms 1P. plan but my charge adeducted for every message 50paise/sms...i complain a customer care but did not a my complain resolve...please return the my wrong deducted money...my alternate no.[protected], [protected]...
