Reliance CDMA — various packs activated

dear sir,
i have called to customer several times complaining about some unwanted calls from reliance and activation of various packs.i have asked ur representative to deactivate all the packs and the calls..and the reply was that it will be stopped by one week but it has nt stopped till now..after that i m trying to call customer care service but there is no reply from the other side and i am always put on hold.....so,kindly please look into my problems and try to solve it...
