I RECEIVED A MGS FROM THE RELIANCE ABT THE RECHARGE OF Rs.1616.& THEN COMFIRMED THIS THING FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE THRICE.EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT U CAN DO THE RECHARGE AS IT IS VALID FOR 15 OCT2010.& I RECHARGE IT WITH Rs.1616 ON 10/10/2010.I GOT NOTHING & WHEN I AGAIN COMPLAINT FOR IT IN THE CUSTOMER CARE NO BODY BOTHER TO LISTEN TO THAT COMPLAIN & THEY BEHAVED VERY RUDELY.STILL THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM SO PLS CN NY BODY HELP ME OUT HERE. My Reliance CDM Mob. No. is [protected]. I taken Reliance CDM voucher of RS. 50. Its Serial No. is [protected] & Its PIN No. is [protected]. During recharge process it said that the above PIn No. is invalid. Please resolve this issue.
