I own an reliance CDMA no [protected], which is an prepaid no and i wanted to check some call details for last month for which i called the customer care no on 05th July 2009 and talked to Sandesh Nagotkar at 12:40 at night, the reply which he gave back was so disgusting that to after checking up with his senior. The reply he said was i need to go down to a Webworld and talk to them if i can get the details and he or his senior is not aware if this can be done.
I really do't understand why is that the customer care executive are not aware is this sort of a service can be renderred or not does't the company provide them with all this details and if this all things are not done how they like themself to be said the top mobile company in India.
