RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — STEALING OF MONEY

hey dear I am again hear , I have had a recharge of 599/ on 30th of july at that time I had Rs. 69.00 in my fone bal and this was sufficient for one month after deduction of SMS pack of Rs. 39 on 4th of Aug but when i check my Bal. on 3rd of Aug it was just Rs. 15.00 I was shocked and thought oh god its again.I tried to custmer (so called) care and the ready reply was that system is down please call later I tried it again on 4th Aug morning but reply was same I can,t think what to do and if there is any governing agency to control on them I AM ATTACHING PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS WITH THIS.

STEELING OF MONEY BY RELIANCE
I AM AGAIN HEAR WITH ANOTHER COMPLAINT OF STEELING OF MONEY BY RELIANCE IN DIFFERENT WAY BUT GOAL IS SAME, I HAVE RECHARGED MY CDMA RELIANCE FONE WITH RS. 599.00 ON 24/04/11 IN THIS SCHEME RIL TO RIL SO CALLED UNLIMITED FREE AND 30 MIN/DAY FOR OTHER NETWORK LOCAL AT THE TIME OF RECHARGE THERE WAS RS.30.70 WAS BAL IN MY FONE AND I GOT AN OTHER RECHARGE OF RS.200 ON 28/04/11 AT THAT TIME THERE WAS RS.230.00 APPX WAS BAL AND THE SAME WAS ON 30TH APR TO DAY I CHECK MY BAL AT 17.00 HRS I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THERE WAS 141.00 WAS BAL , I CALL TO COSTUMER CARE BUT THEY REPLIED THAT THERE SYSTEM WAS DOWN , I TRIED AGAIN 22.00 HRS BUT THE ANSWER WAS SAME I ASKED THAT WHEN THEIR SYSTEM IS GOING TO UP . THEY REPLIED TO CALL AT MORNING.IF THERE IS ANY SYSTEM TO CONTROL ALL THIS.
THIS IS THIRD TIME IN LAST THREE MONTH THAT I AM HEAR.

I am a customer of reliance mobile for one year I register my no. for do not disturb service at the time of starting this no. but during this period I received several calls from insurence and Reliance itself which I never need .Last month i was sent a msg from company that I have subscribed for caller tune service I was shoked and called to custmor service after three to four times calling I was given a complaint no. and the money deducted from me was returned .But after only 15 days on 2nd of oct I was put in same situation and my mony was deducted by Reliance and after talking to custmer care they told that they can't do any thing and deduction is right. now suggest me what to do.

THE ABOVE COMPLAINT WAS POSTED ON 15TH OF OCT AND AFTER THAT, THIS IS SECOND TIME WHEN I AM PUT IN THIS AGAIN . I RECEVIED A MASAGE FROM RELIANCE ON 13TH OF MARCH THAT I AM SUBSCRIBED TO CALLER TUNE SERVICE AT 11.25 PM AND IF I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE , SEND A MASSEGE O[censored]NSUB , AFTER SENDING THIS MASSEGE SEVERAL TIMES I GOT ANOTHER MASSEGE THAT THE SONG WHICH I DONT KNOW WAS DOWNLODED AND THEY DEDUCTED THE CHARGES , AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES NO REFUND MADE AND THEIR REP KEEP SAYING THAT THE MONEY THEY DEDUCTED WAS REFUND , BUT THAT WAS NOT COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE RELIANCE IS DOING REGULARLY WITH THOUSANDS OF CUSTMERS DAILY AND NOBODY IS LOOKING AFTER THIS.

RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT

I had put a complaint hear is bellow and I got a reply from Reliance Rs. 39 was deducted and that was refunded to to me When I asked them where the money has gone if you have refunded the reply was I had spent it all on calls I told them that I am having Rs. 599 pack on my phone and I do not call more than it and i am having all call records on my phone but they disconnected the call and did not hear me more so I am a fool who is wasting time to complaining all this I lost about 54 Rs. and they admit to deduct Rs 39 and that was all refunded to me but this was not true they did not refunded any money.
