respected sir, I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY DEDUCTING UNNECCESARY CHARGES.SIR MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].(PREPAID) THE COMPANY HAS TILL NOW DEDUCTED MORE THAN 150 RUPEES FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE.ALSO MY CUSTIMER SERVICES ARE BLOCKED. reliance complain — reliace cdms complains
Hi,I am using reliance prepaid from last 2 year, when i had purchase the card (CDMA)
• The network in my home are full but after 6 months now the network are not reachable they have cheated existing customer
• The second problem is that if I continuous talk on sms, to whom I am taking not receiving the sms or I am not getting sms, never means never not after 1-2-3 days
• 3rd problem is that if I am sending sms then the opposite person receiving 3 to 4 times same sms but I am sending one time only and reliance charged me for 3-4 times for same sms and on same time after that if I will talk with customer care executive thay will revise my charges also and credit to my account also
• I really planning to go group in GSM service but the minor things are not resolving and I faced lots of problems

company has charged Rs 20/- for mantra pack ,which i had noy subscribed.after complaining to company's helpline ,they are not accecpting my complain

RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — False Billing.
HiI have got a new Reliance CDMA Connection(In PUNE) on 8th April 2010. I recharged with special Recharge Voucher (Rs 77) on 10th April 2010. I was informed that using this rate cutter my on Net charges(Reliance to Reliance Call Charges) will be rs 0.2/Minute.
But i did not get the benefits of this special recharge voucher.
I complained to customer care twice for the same but to no avail.
I talked to CSR a number of times for the same issue but none really helped. Finally i approached the retailer and with the help of retailer lodged the complain twice to the Reliance. The complaint number for the same is[protected] On 23 April 2010) and[protected]On 20th April 2010). I got a message the problem has been resolved but Still I am not getting the benefit.

RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — Regarding recharge
SirI recharge Rs. 599/- ( mobile no: [protected]) on 11th july which valid upto 09th Aug ( benifit : Reliance to Reliance all over India free + 30 minutes/day other network Local/STD free). I left home station on 19th july and return back 3rd Aug. On arrival I realize Rs. 599/- plan was deleted from my A/C but validity upto 9th Aug. Immediately I
contact customer care and coplain( Id no[protected] . They activate Rs.599/- plan after 3 days ie 06th Aug but without 30 minutes talk time to other network Local/STD. on 6th Aug 06.52 I phone to other network but they deduct 1 rupee, regarding this again complain (id no[protected] but they reply they charged correctly but It should come under 30 minutes other network plan. At last I complain ( id no:[protected] for extend my validity by 3 days ie upto 12th Aug. because due to their system fault why I will suffer , 3 days i can't use my plan and expense extra money for phone call

it is very sad to inform u that from mobile number.[protected] balance is deducting always.on18 Dec amount Rs.30 rupees was deducted but after rush to reliance web world it was refund.on 20 Dec it was deducted Rs 50.i complain in customer care .but no use they were giving reply that system is not updated.now i fed-up from silly answer.this silly complain is not good for u reputed company.please refund my balance or stopped this nonsense deduction. this is last try to attached to this company.

Reliance India Mobile — providing wrong information and bad service
i e-recharged my no.[protected] with local rim free calling rs 99 plan on 03 dec 08. and i got recharge successful message. but when i called local rim no. balance deducted. and when i filed complaint no.82921572.after a long waiting they replied we r very sorry and not refunded the deducted balance.
