[Resolved] RELIANCE CDMA MOBILE SERVICE — NEED TO SURRENDER PREPAID NUMBER | |
Dear Sir, My name is Ovais Ali khan and i am customer of reliance mobile services since 5 years Recently i have taken i new CDMA connection in my name wherein my no is [protected] and i am satisfied with provided services by reliance. But due to some reason i want to transfer this number in the name of my official collegue Mr Ranveer Singh as i am planning to move out of circle. But when i contacted on Web World at New Friend Colony South Delhi centre they are not in position to confirm me whether it is possible or not and will respond on this after 7 days While i confirmed from the Customer care 2-3 times and they had given me complete assurance on this and then only decided to go for this transfer. Please take my request for this transfer of above mentioned number as i have alreday submmited all essential documents including VOTER ID, PAN CARD, PHOTOGRAPHS , DRIVING LICENCE at New Friends Colony Reliance Web World Centre. i am retelar relince cdma, my number [protected]. this number outgoing call facility has been barred on 19/12/2009.maine pata kiya to mera number gum hone ke karan bataya.meine usi din apna decoments sumit kar diya phir v abhi tak mera number ok nahi ho saka.mujhe per day 50 rupees ka nuksaan ho raha hai.

i m a rim cdma user from 2008. [protected].goa.
i m seeing, from previous two months reliance auto cutted balance from my account without my permission.although i m not interested in any type of reliance promotional services, never i requested to activate any type of extra services on my no, they continiously cutting my balance.
sometimes for caller tune, sometime for gov jobs, sometime for else.
recently, today they cut my 10 rs for renewal of gov service, while i requested two days before to deactivate it. and costomer care executive had told me that this service is deactivated.
but today once again balance cutted.
i talked to an executive of c care smita.
she give me a complain no.[protected]
and said within 48 hours deactivated this service from my mob.
but, so many times they told me this type of wish.
but till now this is continuing chitting me.
pls, do something against them reliance.
