Dear Sir,
Recently I bought Samsung Corby CDMA to use my old reliance cdma no. After purchase I came to know that I have to go for sim upgrade. I went to your reliance outlet situated near Metro opp. Saint J School (Near Mumbai CST) and thoroughly harassed by outlet executives in following steps-
1. First they asked to purchase sim card from a shop at higher price since they was no stock. I purchase the Rs.25 sim card for Rs.130 and came back.
2. Then they asked to bring documents (Id & request letter for upgrade).
3. After doing all the formalities they told that my details were not being displayed on computer and we can not do anything.
4. I called up your customer care no. 198. The executive on phone said the same thing that your details were not diplayed. Then give some instructions to your Reliance world executive.
5. The executive again asked me to purchase handset replacement card and bring the exact change of Rs.25. I brought it from outside and purchased the card.
6. The executive tried and declared that it can not be done.
7. I Called up again 198 the person said that your details were not displayed and he could not do anything even could not lodge the complain.
Now please let me know, where to go and what to do?
