Hi,
My Number [protected] and had raised a termination request on 16th Oct.As per the process i had given the SIM and setteled the bill on the same day to their Emp Pradhnash.
for few month i got the bill and when contact the same person at reliance gallery at kandivali (E) i was given different reason.
Now after 3 months my bill is around 2300 and when revisiting the gallery came to know that the same employ was using my SIM and he had changed the Request from cancellation to change in email ID.
He has left the company now the manager of the galley Tabrez ([protected]) had also got new location at kandivali (W) is not answering my calls.
My number is in suspend state now.I have got the termination letter from them and i will not settle the bill.
I want to know is there any proper way to clear this up as the customer care are sayinh i have not created any termination request..
