Reliance CDMA postpaid — Out going and Incoming is not activated till date since payment made on 5th

I am complaining against reliance communications for cheating me by giving lot of refarance numbers stating that your request will be addressed in 12 hours and 24 hours, and i am not getting any update for the same. please go through the details given below.

Subject: Pathetic service to customer from Reliance communication.
Reliance have suspended my mobile connection, and after payment of bill they didnt reinstalled my out going and incoming after 5 days since i have called customer care and for end number of times....

I have paid my dues on 5th of March 2010 in erode by cash(Rs.1200/-). As per my request to customer care they informed me they will activate my connection in 12 hours( Referance number :[protected], provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 5th March 2010 10:55pm). i waited for 12 hours, and my reliance number was in the same status. ie.Suspended. the very next day i called customer care they told the request is forwarded to the concerned department and will be resolved in another 24hours(Referance number :12197065, provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 6th March 2010 11:28am).problem still on process....next day i have spoken with a senior executive and he repeated the same story(the request is forwarded to the concerned department ) and again given me a referance number (Referance number :[protected], provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 7th March 2010 08:38am). On 8th March Mr. Nilesh Sr.Supervisor of reliance customer care promised me he will ensure that service will be getting activated in another few hours, (Referance number :[protected], provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 8th March 2010 09:35am). the next day there was no improvement so that i asked for Nodal officer number. They gave me a number [protected] (Ms Preethi Chabria, Nodal officer). I tried the number end number of times no body picked the call. again i called customer care and they provided me a number for contacting their appelate authority ([protected] Mr Narendra Raheja), somebody picked the call and disconnected my call. after i called the number it was continuosly Busy. i have reported the same to customer care and they give me complaint number (Referance number :[protected], provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 8th March 2010 09:42am). On next day i got the same person Mr. Nilesh Sr.Supervisor attended my call he told me he is wondering why my problem is not yet resolved. And he gave me a promise that he will give me a call after my problem is resolved before 12:00noon on 9th March 2010(Referance number :[protected], provided by reliance customer care by SMS on 9th March 2010 10:13am). i didnt got any call from the same person till 06:00pm on same day, so i called customer care again for the update on my complaint by 06:02pm. Some Sr Supervisor took my call and told me he cannot help me for activating the connection.

I am not getting any incoming calls for last 5 days and i should get compensation for the same as the company is not at all serving the customer. As they are telling they are no 1, service provider this seems quite funny.

As per my experiance reliance communication is customer cheating company..
