[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA postpaid — Reliance Prepaid To Postpaid

I am Ashish Singla, i had received a call from Agent/Dealer of Reliance communication.

This perticular agent had called me up many of tiimes regarding CHANGE THE PLANE PRE-PAID TO POST PAID CONNECTION. My no. is [protected]. They offer me a rental plan of rs. 199/ month. In this plan they said that i will get 15000 secnds per month free and free sms all over india and most important is that my calls for RIM to RIM will be total free in delhi NCR in land line n mobile (in any reliance network).

They have collect Rs. 250 and i has been converted in POST-PAID. I called up to Customer Care n they told me, there not any scheme regarding this plan. only 15000 secs are free n rest all fake.

I have the receipt of that agent.

Kindly do something . If i’ll not get any proper reply taken by you then i’ll put up this case to CONSUMER COURT.

After that I had called Customer care on *222 more than 3 Times to know how to check remaining seconds in 15000. Everytime they told me that there is some technical problem thats why we can't check now. Each time It costs 50p/3Min which I want Refund.

Please take Proper Action.
