[Resolved] Reliance CDMA postpaid — corruption , mentally harassment due to not close the postpaid connection | |||
dear sir , i m ratan deep singh ,10/826 naya fatak delhi gate aligarh . sir i have taken postpaid connection from reliance cdma mobile by mnp of my uninor number [protected] . sir due to company sceme there is no charge for postpaid connection by mnp in cdma mobile but employees illegally charge 50 rs. from me for start connection . they r send me only one bill after that they r not provide me next 2 bill to me in case i m requested orally to send me bill many times in reliance store , after 2 month i m going disconnect my postpaid plan but they are reply me then connection is not close before 90 days , at the time of start the connection they are not told me like that . after 90 days i m going to close the plan in store than miss gita and mr sonu missbehaving me and reply it close after 4th bill . so i requested to u for take right action against service provider. thank you . ratan deep singh s/o shri tej singh 10/826 naya fatak delhi gate aligarh mo.[protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I was not at home when u called appreciate for your quick response ... am not yet satisfied with you'r service, let me recharge my cell and will see if the balance is same and not gets deducted.
Reliance CDMA — mental harassment
Hello Sir,This is K.M Dodmani from Belgaum karnataka , i want to regiser a complaint regarding my Reliance CDMA set for no. [protected]. First thing is that, i get daily 3 to 4 call's to activate call me tunes that too from diffrent no.'s and i have canceled all the calls... and the second thing is that since last four to five months, whenever i recharge my no. with some good amount like 100, 50. don't know how it gets deducted and balnce comes to almost nill.. yesterday itself i recharged my no. with 50. rs and i got around 46 or something and in the morning when i tried to call someone which was very urgent , it says not sufficient balance , and checked my balance OH! gosh !! again the balance was nill '0' ..... , and i called customer care several times but they keep me on hold or else it gets dropped...... so I need my balance back and 2000 for mentally harassment.... I need you to pls take some action on this .
